Refund & Exchange Policy

At Anshu Wadhwa, every product is carefully curated and customised to maintain the highest quality standards. Kindly read our policy before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made from our store are final. We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
2. Exchange Policy
Products once purchased can be exchanged for another item, size, design, or color or you will be issued credit note which will have a validity of 3 months
3. Customised / Altered Products
Items that are custom-stitched, altered, or specially ordered are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
4. Product Verification
Customers are requested to check the product, size, color, and design carefully before purchase. Once the product is billed, it will be considered final.
5. Damage After Purchase
We are not responsible for any damage caused after the product leaves the store premises.
6. Acceptance of Policy
By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions.

On inspection if we find that the product has been tampered with, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be initiated.

We do not offer returns on international orders. However, if the product that you have received is damaged or defective, or wholly wrong, in that case, please write to us at anshuwadhwa.official@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the order and we will get back to you. In case, we do find that the product is indeed damaged, we will arrange for a return, but that does not include duties and taxes.

Cancellation or return for online orders will not be entertained. In case of cancellation (in lieu our return policy), please contact our customer support (+91 99283 88099) for credit notes that remains valid for two months from the date of cancellation.

Law
anshuwadhwa.com under the jurisdiction of the Rajasthan High Court, and any case will be taken up according to the Indian Constitution.
