If you are using our website, you take full responsibility of your account and any activity taking place from the same. We hold the right to refuse service, terminate accounts if we deem necessary.

Product Descriptions and Images
At anshuwadhwa.com we provide perfect images and product description of the products listed. However, in some cases, the colour, description of the product may vary slightly from the given photographs. In such cases, we request you to cooperate with us. We assure that such a case will not occur.

Prices
At anshuwadhwa.com we charge you for your order before the shipping process. If, at all, we fail to ship your product in the promised number of days, you have the right to cancel your order.

Taxes and duties
All of our orders are shipped from India and hence, some orders may come with duties, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. In most cases, there are none, but if at all there are duties and/or custom charges, please note that has to be paid by you and that you take full responsibility for it. Failure in paying such taxes will not result in a refund.

Law
anshuwadhwa.com under the jurisdiction of the Rajasthan High Court, and any case will be taken up according to the Indian Constitution.
